Soon lawyers will sue people if they don't sue someone!!
If Nancy Pelosi find out about this, here comes World War Three.
One of the reasons consumer items are expensive in the US is precisely because of shit like this. Every lawsuit, judgement, and the cost of litigation gets wrapped up into your purchase.
How many milli-seconds after this story broke did democrats demand 2000 new government regulations when it comes to napkins in restaurants?

Right!especially anyone who often goes to these fast food joints on a regular basis, you would think that they always have napkins/tissues in the car.I have all three types in mine!
Most McDonald’s have a napkin dispenser where you can take as many as you want.
Ive noticed lately that many restaurants only give you one napkin.
Maybe the extra napkins we used to get are going to Venezuela to use for toilet paper.

Even if they didn’t, all he had to do was ask for more napkins ... McD’s should sue him for being to stupid to walk the streets.
Makes me yearn for the old days of backwood justice for such crap. Sometimes somebody just needs a beating.
I would bet my britches.
When you buy a meal, you are paying for a burger, fries, and coke (or whatever). The price never specifies that you also get a napkin or even a straw; those are free throw-ins, a customer courtesy.
The bailiff should give this guy a swift kick in the ass.
he needs a slappin’
LOL!
A few months back there was an actual article on Yahoo about tips for the budget-conscious - essentially, what to pilfer from eateries to use at home, e.g. stir sticks, napkins, salt/pepper/sugar packets.
The comments ripped up the author and Yahoo for brazenly promoting theft. Whoever wrote it had the attitude that hey, it's freely available on the tables, what difference does it make. Just the type that would be for Obamacare.
Ancient news alert.

Yes, it is because he is black.
