“Obama will never ‘pivot’ to the center.”
The verb “pivot” was ill-conceived. It means to turn away from as well as to turn towards. So, if they’re turning towards jobs they’re turning away from...what? It has so many negative connotations I can’t believe that’s what the focus-grouped. It makes you wonder what the runner-up was. “Move away from communism?”
Let’s face it this is more than politics Obama is a fanatic.
Plus it’s politics.
The only pivot Obama ever makes is left, further left and further than further left.
