my dad...an army cook from the korean war...had an old c-ratcan of peanut butter. it listed its many uses. it even said the oil slick at the top could be used as cooking oil, lamp oil, and even gun oil.
It’s a pretty amazing food.

Hor the record the first time I had peanut butter in a dinner food it was some Ethiopian chicken that was really spicy and good.
