* Hillary Rodham Clinton says that ``it would be terrific'' if she and President Clinton had another child and that they also have been discussing the possibility of adoption, according to a published report. Hillary Clinton in the past has acknowledged difficulties having children and has been a strong activist on behalf of adoption. But in an interview with Time magazine, she said that she continues to hope for a sibling for Chelsea, 16. Clinton, 48, said she and the President also ``continue to talk about'' adopting a child, but that those talks aren't likely to get serious until after the November election. Neel Lattimore, a spokesman for Hillary Clinton, said yesterday that her general interest in adoption is nothing new and that she and the President have discussed it ``in abstract terms,'' but ``are they working on adopting a child? No.''
