First Lady Michelle Obamas anti-obesity campaign Lets Move is encouraging kids to dance for the arrival of a dinosaurs bones at the Smithsonian to achieve an active lifestyle.
The Lets Move blog explained on Wednesday:
Yesterday, an exciting new addition to the Smithsonians National Museum of Natural History arrived: a 66.5 million year old Tyrannosaurus rex.
In honor of the T. rexs arrival, the Smithsonian is encouraging people to get up and dance. Theyve teamed up with Alaskan artist and musician Ray Troll and his band, The Ratfish Wranglers, to create National Rex, an original song celebrating the dinosaurs arrival and they want you to send in a 30 second video dancing to your own original Rex Two-Step.
Here at Lets Move!, were all for getting active, and dancing is a great way to add activity to your daily routine, the campaign said. So why not grab a camera and show the T. rex how you move?

How about releasing a quorum of hairy, Michelle 'Bigfoot' facsimiles into schoolyards across the country, get the weight to really fall off the kids as they evade prehistoric First ladies in fear of their lives and forget about losing even an ounce dancing to the beat of petrified dinosaur bones.

That is quite funny. Especially so because I am quite fond of the song. That's what you would definitely call an oldie.
(T-Rex) Very,very oldie.

But conversely, it’s that much more mass to move.
A friend used to tell me that because I was skinny, I was a better runner, but yet, I had much less muscle mass to move my own body.
If she jumps, would they know it in China?
