Patrols I wish I could still do. However, since I am in NorCal and not that healthy anymore I am not certain that I would be of much use there even if I could find transportation. The only unmodified and therefore still legal transceivers I think I still have available at the moment are a few CB units, but they would be on their own as far as antennas and coax needed. No ham gear or satphones, sorry. If I could talk someone into providing a ride down there I might risk it, but other than handling comms and secure links along with spot repair of equipment I am not sure what assistance I can provide other than watching out for any stealthed movements by the fedgov through this area.
Don't really see a way to come up with any other comm gear and donate it to them by this weekend, however.
