? Wot’s that? Enclosed resistance? Resistance meter? Resistance radius? I thought it might be shielded resistance at first, but there is no ground connection, or input indication so I am stumped.

Don't overthink it .. simply a resistor symbol as an idea for a unit patch, bumper sticker, 24/7 mindset, etc.
Esp. the latter .. given enough of that, Leviathan can be slain.
