I wonder if there is a lawsuit in the making. First the city entices them to build an expensive plant in an industrial area which has an abandoned gravel pit favored for disposing of dead bodies.
Then they declare them a nuisance. I would think that they should at least give the chili maker $40 million dollars and relocation costs.

Their supply of special peppers must be processed in a very short time and that farmer is in Ventura, about 2 hours from Irwindale.
