A law abiding citizen is in his own home, he shows his ID, the cop decides by pulling his arm back, that he is aggressive? How can the officer establish identification if he doesn't have enough time to read the name and address?

Why are you defending the cop with all the articles posted on here of their terrible behavior?

All he has to do is request to see it again, for a longer time. There was no need to get physical. uy should sue him for everything he, the department and the city has.

How can the officer establish identification if he doesn't have enough time to read the name and address? Citizens don't have to Grovel Before The Badged Ones, as Ser Danny Love, Bastard of Salt Lake, and his Brave BLM Companions found out just this week.
Wonder how many of the BLM Gear Queers crapped their panties when they realized their "brilliant" tactical position under the bridge?

He could have asked to see it again instead of attacking the man.

You assume what the officer states is gospel, I don’t. He could have politely asked to see it again, instead he tackled him. See what I mean about escalation?
