War on the West: Why More Bundy Standoffs Are Coming
15 April 2014
The recent standoff between the BLM and rancher Cliven Bundy is a symptom of the exasperation of citizens in the Western states over the federal government's massive and oppressive footprint affecting all aspects of their lives.

Not to mention de-militarizing them.
Each of our "civilian" agencies now has enough military might to support a third-world dictator.
Bookmarked.
“On the 23d of June 1775 Gen Bayley prepared an address to the Northern Indians which is here given in full.
Newbury, Coos June 23 1775: `The present war is only between the King and a part of the Lords and America. The Lords say all Americans shall become slaves or servants to them shall plow no more than they say, eat nor drink nor war nor hunt but only by their leave shall not kill deer,
moose, beaver or any other thing but by their consent.
Americans say they will and that the King by the Lords advice has sent redcoats to kill us if we will not be subject to what they say. And we have thirty thousand men with guns great and small to fight in our defense. We only want to live as we have lived here to fore. We do not want to fight if they would let us alone.’”

This militarization of the BLM is beyond ridiculous.
I’ll be watching your posted video next.
I’m on part 2 of this:
American Rancher Uncut Interview Pt 1, Wayne Hage at Pine Creek 2005
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3145256/posts
At around 10 min. is good background, and at 13 mins, Wayne Hage tells how the Forest Service attempted to provoke him into an armed conflict. Road blocks, riders to gather his cattle, threats of arrest, snipers and cameras, all preplanned to provoke Mr. Hage in order to justify shooting back and finally crushing him.
I think the BLM was attempting the same thing with the Bundy stand off. The BLM wanted a shoot out.
Yesterday, another thread here stated that the United States Postal Service was ordering millions of rounds of ammunition.
Am am just a person who actually went to a ONE ROOM school in grade school.
Can anyone explain carefully to me what the USPS needs ammo for????

Thanks,
I’m half way through part 2 of the 2005 interview.
Extraordinary insight from a real American Patriot.
And they do support him.
The Endangered Species Act of 1973 is one of the dozens of United States environmental laws passed in the 1970s. Signed into law by President Richard Nixon on December 28, 1973.
it was designed to protect critically imperiled species from extinction as a "consequence of economic growth and development untempered by adequate concern and conservation."
The U.S. Supreme Court found that "the plain intent of Congress in enacting" the ESA "was to halt and reverse the trend toward species extinction, "whatever the cost."
The Act is administered by two federal agencies, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
Time for a reboot.

I am curious if Ted Turner, who knows huge amounts of land, has ever been subject to this harassment?
knows = owns
Too good not to post:
Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, whose personal financial stake in the Bundy eviction has been called into question, let it be known that he wants to see the matter pursued.
Well, its not over, Reid told NBCs Nevada affiliate KRNV on Monday, April 14. We cant have an American people that violate the law and then just walk away from it. So its not over.
Senator Reid, Nevadas senior senator, is very incensed when the American people, i.e., ordinary citizens, violate the law as he puts it but he says nothing about the more serious violations of the laws and the Constitution by public officials, such as himself or the BLM officials.
This is the same federal BLM that Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada last year ruled had been engaged in a decades-long criminal conspiracy against the Wayne Hage family, fellow ranchers and friends of the Bundys. Among other things, Judge Jones accused the federal bureaucrats of racketeering under the federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations) statute, and accused them as well of extortion, mail fraud, and fraud, in an effort to kill the business of Mr. Hage. In fact, the governments actions were so malicious, said the judge, as to shock the conscience of the Court. Judge Jones granted an injunction against the agencies and referred area BLM and Forest Service managers to the Justice Department for prosecution.
Has Attorney General Eric Holder prosecuted any federal officials for criminal activity and violation of the Hage familys constitutionally protected rights? No. Has Sen. Harry Reid denounced this lawlessness and criminal activity by government officials and call upon President Obama and Attorney General Holder to protect the citizens of his state from the depredations of federal officials under their command? No.
The hypocrisy is unbelievable. And why does Rory Reid feel the need to insert himself and mouth off?
The Hage case in shocking. The Feds were attacking anyone who associated with Hage.
Using power in such a way is demonic.
If Cloward Piven’s cows are eating government grass, maybe he should contribute government cheese.
