Obama will never sign it. Sure it’s feel good, but it is also cover to allow them to avoid exercizing the real constitutional power they DO have to arrest him and Lois.
THAT would accomplish something other than feel good.

Would this not fall under the heading of appropriations, which do not require obama's signature? Correct me if I am wrong.
