Diebold. Yep. Here in Virginia they discarded the old Chad producing system and went with those new fangled electronic cards. I would bet that the electronic cards have been and will be used to throw elections. No more need to find missing ballot boxes; that is old school. They can manipulate the card system as they see fit.

Yep. I volunteered in the VA attorney general recount a few months ago. It was the first time I'd ever really seen the nitty gritty of how the ballot system works. I live in a significantly Republican controlled county and we, of course, wanted Obenshain to pick up votes; however, it was very meticulously handled and Obenshain had a net loss of votes in our county as a result of the recount. My main takeaway from the day was how easy it would be for corrupt election officials and clerks to manipulate the results. Republicans, however, tend to be law abiding. Democrats not so much.
