No. If they lose control of the Senate in Nov and the GOP keeps control of the house obama could effectively be neutered. The 2 months before the new Congress is sworn in will be very dangerous.

If the dems keep the senate and win the house it will be dark times for America.

Remember that they only need 1 scotus judge to make everything "legal". A Conservative justice, or Kennedy, has an accident or an illness and is replaced by Holder or our suspicions about Roberts come true....

The Bill of Rights and the Constitution would become historical artwork.
