What time stamp in the HARDBALL interview does mack make these alleged statements?

There is no time stamp in the Hardball interview, but it doesn't matter anyway. I watched the video at the link, to see what Mack had to say. He said nothing about the Bundy ranch situation.
He talked about OSHA, 9/11 trutherism, whether Reagan acted constitutionally, and so on, but never mentioned the Bundy ranch situation.
