Does the Budapest Memorandum on Security Assurances that Clinton signed 12/5/1994 mean anything?
Not with Clinton, Obama, Reid, Boehner, Pelosi, et al in office.
It meant nothing the day it was signed...it was just a ploy to get the ICBMs away from the Ukrainians.
Best that could possibly happen now is to hold free elections immediately and also allow an internationally observed referendum in the east.
Military escalation will just get a lot of boys killed and wind up with Russia in control of the east/south if not Kiev itself.
