I’ve read the interview with its chief Dmitry Kiselev. He sounds lucid to me. The problem is the West has subordinated basic European values and human rights to justify its geopolitical interests. Ukraine is falling apart and would be falling apart even without Russia.

Blaming Russia will not resolve the crisis.
