sounds like pure murder from that description
I think there are a LOT of crimes more despicable than breaking and entering.
Not for me. Violating somebody’s home is right up there with murder.
It doesn’t look good for this gut. From what I’m reading, his actions are looking a lot like murder. But I have ZERO sympathy for the two punks. They broke into someone’s home - they deserved to die - I don’t shed one tear for either of them, even if she was taunted; but once an invader is incapacitated you just can’t go kill them. That is illegal on the battlefield for goodness sake!
The taunting, however, does speak to the mindset of the man - it will probably convict him to life in prison.
