Neal Boortz used to say that if you think your child has ADD/ADHD, then sit your kid down at a video game and see what they do. If they can play it for extended periods of time, then they likely don’t have it. Clearly, when something interests them, they are able to hold their attention on it....
It makes sense to me, but I don’t know enough about the issue to pick a stance..
