Nice find. Thanks for posting it. I think the land is open now. No thanks to our fearless Republican leadership. What happened the other day is a great case study in how to regain our liberty. We just need to take it.
However, notice that the implementation order says the land is legally closed until May 12. Therefore, penalties apply throughout that period if they feel like applying them.
I've heard of nothing that rescinds any order...only that BLM is leaving the area, but threatening that this is not the end.
Thank you, but a freeper turned me on to it a few days ago. Then I couldn't find the link, and I don't remember the freeper. So I just did the trial and error thing in the computer history and eventually found it again. Had to reformat it, but it's word for word the same as what BLM posted in the Fed register.
