With Ukraine saying at the UN only one and half hours before attacks, can that be anything other than a direct threat?
I heard that, too. It pretty much sounded like an ultimatum to the Ukraine not to use force to take back those occupied buildings in the east - occupied by spetsnaz - or risk war with Russia.
