Sequestration sure has taken a zero toll on the BLM's new vehicle budget. I think I'll go rent a giant whit SUV, mark the windows with soap in some sort of alpha-numeric designation and terrify my neighbohood. There are a few free range dogs which trespass on my yard. I have a cement turtle staue near the curb that they piss on too.
Someone owes me back pooping fees.
