why did they run with their tails between their legs? I suspect some "higher up" decided that it was better to pack up and leave peacefully than to kill American citizens and then face the wrath of an already pissed off public. That wrath would not be limited to just the ranch in Nevada.
This was a battle, not the war. The war is not over.
