ObamaCare was never designed to work: not the program ,nor the website .
It was designed to do several things :
CONTROL of 1/6th of the country's domestic product
CONTROL and compelling the populace into buying into the insurance program ,mandating additional coverage , and having obvious increased expenses.
When insurance rates increase due to increased coverage, make the insurance industry into coporate profit "boogey-men", thus less criticism of government.
CONTROL Social Security and changing it from a retirement asset into a complelled Taxation,
GIVING the IRS policeing powers on anticipated increased taxation.
Ever seen a FED Tax reduced or eliminated ?.. right , .. me either !!

..and the Sebelious replacement is already known for "StoneWalling"
while in office at OBM .
Sebelious' replacment is there only for further obfiscation and gender identity in the proported "War Against Women".
Stonewalling is something that this administration has no knowledge of , or in the words of that immortal sage :
