Yes, FR is a great source of info. That was quite a downgrade. Not sure if I remember ever seeing quite a drop in estimated size of quake.
I’m guessing that located where they are, there isn’t much seismographic instrumentation nearby, so it takes longer to sort it out from fewer / more-distant instruments than it would for a quake in a better-instrumented area like Japan or California.
