I never thought that either Bill or Hill killed Foster with their own hands. I think he was killed in the WH, rolled up in a WH rug and hauled to Ft. Marcelo Park.

There was a story from a WH employee who was in charge of
maintenance in the WH who reported a missing rug and he was promptly fired/retired.

Something I am trying to remember from Mrs Foster but I can't recall just now.
