Oh everything Dirty Harry does for Nevada is for Harry's benifit...kickbacks and deals are always in the works....look at that dumb bridge he wanted to build...and the train .....millions and millions he sought for these dumb projects....He doesn't care, if they refuse him the big stupid ones they have to give him the so called reasonable deals...thus he gets what he wanted in the first place...
