If that much destruction was brought about by these worthless bastards, an investigation needs to happen and I don't mean another worthless one out of DC.
States rights. 10th amendment. Put them up on charges. A county sheriff can arrest and hold the president if he thinks he needs to. He has ultimate power in his jurisdiction. They need to exercise it.
