When horse mounted cowboys started showing up that had to be a little intimidating to the brown shirts. And I didn’t even see any saddle scabbards. It was the fourwheeler guys who were/are armed to the teeth. The brownshirts are not at home, interlopers in a strange land. It’s the cowboys who know the neighborhood so it’s a good place for the brownshirts to be polite.
