Yep...me too...he is in default...but then he's been fighting this from the get-go.

I have issue with the Fed gov. claiming lands for ridiculous reasons....this too seems to come into the equation.

You can thank Theodore Roosevelt for this. It was he and his cronies who redefined what the federal government could do with "public" lands and private lands where said lands had the government's interest for any reason whatsoever.
