Why the IRS caveat, Ted. He has done so much evil committed so many crimes from black panther voter fraud to fast and furious and much, much more that the house needs to start the procedures immediately.
Don't think you're giving Cruz his due here…he is not using the IRS as a caveat - he is using the IRS as a trigger. It's Issa, and Romney's campaign, etc - not Cruz - to blame for F/F not being a trigger. I'm sure Cruz is aware that Holder is deserving of impeachment for many sins - but the IRS issue is the first one to really show that kind of promise.
