Aksyonov’s candidacy to be offered to Putin for Acting Head of Russia's Crimea

SIMFEROPOL, April 11. /ITAR-TASS/. The candidacy of Prime Minister of the Russian Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksyonov will be offered to Russian President Vladimir Putin for appointment as acting head of the republic, Speaker of the Crimean State Council, a local parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov told reporters in the Crimean capital city on Friday.

As expected, Crimean Prime Minister Sergei Askyonov will become the new inaugural Head Of State - he will be named by Russian President Putin to the post temporarily prior to his formal election to it under the terms of the new Crimean Constitution formally adopted today by the Crimean Parliament.

This certainly takes the burden of figure out who should rule them out of the hands of the Crimean people, and places it where it ought to be in the Emperor of Russia’s hands.

The next President Of The Crimean Republic. Crimea had it before from 1992 to 1994 until it was abolished by the Ukrainian Parliament. Russian federal law today reserves the term “President” as a title only for the President Of The Russian Federation. All the titular so-called Russian Republics now have a Head Of The Republic.
