I don’t want someone who wants WW3 with Russia over Ukraine but I also don’t think we want someone who will copy Obama’s foreign policy and just let Putin and Iran take over the world.

Oy! Where to begin? The Pauls have many good ideas on the financial side of the ledger but tend to be moonbats when it comes to immigration. With Republicans like these, who needs democrats?

Theres so much waste in government, why do Conservatives automatically assume that the government could allocate resources efficiently in the military as well. Everything needs to be cut, include the military. Theres waste EVERY WHERE

Oh, without a doubt the GOP establishment will do much more to resist Rand Paul than it will against Hillary Clinton. (And, to the FRustration of many here, I say they’ll fight against Ted Cruz just as hard).
So that leaves Rand Paul with choices. Stay, fight the GOP from the inside like his father tried to do, or leave, taking his supporters to a 3rd party. He’ll still have to fight the likes of the GOP-e and Adelstein, but at least he won’t be kidding anyone that they’re on the same side. And how many votes he would be able to pull away from the GOP - your guess is as good as mine.

You posted the Ezra Klein piece earlier
He and Chait are fellow travelers
Same DNA
same exact worldview
Detest social conservatives and real Christians but lack the balls to confess their own bigotry
So what would you expect me to think of what THEY write?
Anyone starts out saying “neoconfederate” reminds me of dikcheads here I think should have been banned long ago.
Fair nuff?

Two things stand out about this exchange. The first is that Paul was talking to Alex Jones at all. Jones is a full-out conspiracy theorist
Turns out most those they called "conspiracy theorist", are much more accurate about government than the entire MSM.

As always, the premise is set and the writer proceeds form there, never confirming the initial claim.. He has really taken over the party? Nonsense. They are afraid of him and want to lay the framework for further stories, true or not. The same old RAT playbook.

$17.2 TRILLION in debt and climbing rapidly, get over the dreams of playing world policeman. Every major empire of the past fell into the abyss with foreign military adventures with a bankrupt treasury.

Rand Paul taking over the Republican party is like a squirrel (on meth) taking over the backyard...in so many ways.
