Great document find. The map is the best I've seen but doesn't really have enough resolution to see the actual parcels in question.

Clearly the ~20 yr pissing contest has escalated in importance to the gov't in the past few years.

I took the map on page 31 of the Regional Mitigation Strategy for the Dry Lake Solar Energy Zone linked to in post 101 and overlaid it with the map linked to in post 107, using I-15 for alignment and scaling, although not perfect it is close. This shows the Gold Butte ACEC takes a large part of the Bunkerville range.
