Speier: Lois Lerner Just a 'Mid-Level Bureaucrat' -- 'No Connection to the White House'

(CNSNews.com) - Today is not about Lois Lerner or the alleged inappropriate tactics she may have employed," Rep. Jackie Speier (D-Calif.) told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on Thursday. "Today is about protecting the integrity and the credibility of this committee."

Speier accused Republicans of fabricating a "vast conspiracy" around a "mid-level bureaucrat who may have made some poor decisions."

"There is no connection to the White House," she said. "What we are trying to do is hold in contempt a mid-level bureaucrat, and the actions of this committee won't stand up to judicial scrutiny."

That illutration stopped me in my tracks! I read through each and every statement on there, and Obama has openly done the exact opposite of what he promised to the American people. As we all know, the constant lying is intentional, and you can bet that if he makes a statement, he is doing or will do the exact opposite.

What the stupid democrat calls bad decisions are really criminal acts. I'm sure she wouldn't be so forgiving if GW Bush was president and one of his IRS stooges was suppressing the freedom of democrat voters. These politicians better pull their heads from their asses before the government loses its last shred of credibility.
