We the people through our sovereign states established the constitution and the central government and granted it certain constitutionally enumerated and limited powers, reserving all others to our states and our people to decide. Fundamentally transform it by ripping out God, constitution, family, religion and liberty by the roots and replacing it with total dependence on government, ie, transforming America from a free Republic to a communist state!
