Amen....Gowdy is absolutely correct. There's a dangerous precedent these Demonrats are willing to set here, that a defendant gets to cherry pick what questions they invoke their 5th amendment right toward; not to mention that Lerner would also get a pass on thumbing her nose at this Nation's highest legislative body.
