I grew up very near there, there are lost of “old” ethnics in western PA. everyone in my HS was either of eastern european extraction or Italian, Greek, etc. And by that i mean grandparents off the boat from Ellis Island.

Knowing this area, there is not going to be any muslim connection uncovered. This is a disturbed kid. No terror connection i would bet. This is a majority white, upper middle class area. Or at least it was, can you speak to this PAEngineer?

NO kidding! Just read something from an AH writing for “The Hill,” that the school was “lucky” that knives were used instead of a gun.

Thanks for the update. I graduated from Kiski Area sr HS about a million years ago. But lived more towards murrysville.
