Including quid pro quos promising not to prosecute in return for Lerners silence...

**Interesting..I also read on another thread that if DOJ declines, then Congress can act on own & eliminate the DOJ from saying they overstepped authority.
Really hoping this is not another Kabuki. Time to play hardball GOP.
