Yes, that might do it, but I don’t see him winning the nomination. In fact I doubt he runs.

There is a 100% certainty that the elitist, Statist Jeb will run.

The elites believe it is their right to "rule" over us.

If Jeb is the nominee there is a 100% certainty I will write in someone else.

There certainly is not a 100% chance Jeb Runs. Some people have taken his last speech as proof he won't run.

Other than that it's hard to disagree with everything else you wrote.
