In any case the BLM closed the area in spite of Bundy or because of him(not). This closing represents a taking of Bundy’s LEGAL REGISTERED water rights.Like I said, I'll need some documentation on that. You understand I can' accept that on say-so.

Reid is for water going to Vegas and solar development(as noted here on FR by many). Nevada is a use it or lose it water rights situation. The State controls the water. If Bundy cannot run cattle he loses his water(again easily searchable).
