The corrupt Black Panther Holder not only chooses
what Laws he wants to enforce,
but also selectively applies them only to crackers.

A nation of laws, not of white men.

Breaking laws apparently now counts as “discretion.”

Attorney General Eric Holder exploded at Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert during a House hearing Tuesday.

In the midst of questions about the Justice Department’s failure to divulge documents about the Holy Land Foundation terror funding trial, Gohmert made a side comment about how the House of Representatives found Holder in contempt in 2012 for refusing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal.

“I realize that contempt is not a big deal to our attorney general, but it is important that we have proper oversight,” Gohmert said.

“You don’t want to go there, buddy! You don’t want to go there, okay,” Holder shot back.

“I don’t want to go there?” the Texas Republican responded.

“No,” Holder said, leaning forward in his seat.

That’s a mighty large amount of leeway. Why bother writing or following the laws at all?

Why not just disband Congress. Frankly, they are for the most part worthless anyway, and the money could be spent on entitlements for the people...

I think that we have come so far that a circle has been made!

The President breaks the law by deciding to change the laws made by Congress!

The DOJ breaks the laws by deciding which laws to uphold!

The result is that we are now lawless! The old rule about us being a law abiding nation now depends upon who is elected. Heaven help us!

“Laws are only suggestions, and the real authority to enforce or not enforce them lies in the hands of the president and his cabinet officers.”

So does this apply to local District Attorney’s? Suppose they don’t support certain laws, such as laws which infringe on the 2nd Amendment rights of citizens. Shouldn’t they have as much discretion as Holder, and shouldn’t they have the same right to ignore laws they disagree with?

The President and the Attorney General don't believe in the rule of law.
What a lovely situation.

I love my country. But we are doomed.

Obama, Biden, Reid, Pelosi, Clinton, Kerry, Holder,

well, you get the idea.

It’s time to take our country back. Start with the first paragraph of
The Declaration of Independence.

Eric the Red is lawless, as is Obama.
Neither feels constrained in exercising power.
It begs for impeachment.

I claim a “vast amount of discretion” in obeying laws.

Holder’s view of his own “constitutional” power makes tyranny inevitable.
