Can a President pardon someone for crimes that are undiscovered and not yet prosecuted?
Because if not, Holder better flee the country soon.

Yes, I think Ford did that some time ago. I think it was the first such occurance to put the watergate crap in the back ground. Carter pardoned the draft evaders also to put that issue to rest. When the current clown gets out of town along with his cadre, there will not be enough ink produced to write the pardons they will need.
