I said nothing of republicans vs democrats. You did. This is a new START treaty. Has nothing to do with other treaties. This one is Obama’s and because of that, is suspect. I'm not sure that you know that this was ratified by the Senate(71 to 26)? That prominent republicans like Henry Kissinger, George Schultz, James Baker, Powell, and Rice spoke loud and long in support? Are these also America hating Marxists? Are those republicans and dems in the senate who ratified the treaty also America hating Marxists
