I doubt all the Founders were in agreement when it came down to personal habits, or other minutia of everyday life.

In the case of Jefferson however, he eschewed tobacco use as well as the consumption of hard liquor. As an amature scientist who prided himself on crisp thinking, he would have certainly considered people who used mind altering substances for mind altering purposes to be complete and total losers - not part of the society that he envisioned.

Do you think the Founders would approve of fedgov using the Commerce Clause to trample the Tenth Amendment and impose nationwide prohibition on marijuana?

Jefferson did love French wines and Madeiras.
Still, prohibitions, taken to extremes, have unintended consequences.
