Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, a talked-about candidate for the White House in 2016, gave an interview over the weekend in which he bluntly said illegal immigrants are only trying to better themselves and should not be treated as felons.

I rarely agree with Jeb, but for once we're on the same page. Illegal immigrants should be stopped at the border so they never enter our country illegally and don't become felons. There is probably no better way to avoid being treated as a felon than to not commit felonies. We need to fix our legal immigration system so that those who want to come here, who have jobs waiting and are law-abiding, can come legally. We need to fix enforcement so there is no incentive to come here illegally. We need to put an end to these people being felons by eliminating both the opportunity and the incentive to commit that particular felony.
“We are importing weak, uneducated, non-courageous, dependent people who would rather escape, rather run, rather leave behind their own family members and their own country to better themselves. These are not a people who can think or find solutions to problems. These are people who are not willing to fight. These are people who want to TAKE.”
Actually, for a lot of them its worse than that. They come into our country leaving their families back in Mexico, take jobs away from our own citizens and then send the money they make to their families in Mexico where they will return ASAP after making their money in the good old USA and buy their haciendas back home in Mexico where they will live the good life.
Jebs kind of screwed up, I would say that illegal immigration is like the act of love between an adult and a twelve year old, you know more like rape.
So is not paying our taxes an “act of love”?
What about if it is easier to pay for food and shelter for our family if we skip paying taxes?
Jeb Bush the Bushie NWO checked pants moron needs to pull his head out of his arse...
“Human Resource Smuggling”
“Non-Union Labor Smuggling”
“Illegal Labor Smuggling”
Hmm, ask the next pro amnesty dem how they feel about “Non-Union Employment Labor Smuggling”?
Selling other people for sex, Nah, Man... it is an act of LOVE!
LOL! That figure personifies the open borders lobby better than anything!
You’re a pretty good reason why religion and politics don’t mix. Take your hate to your KKK site.
Why not address the real problem?
Remove the demand of employers who want the illegals here.
Great way to kick off your 2016 presidential campaign Jeb. :-)
I am an American citizen! Jeb Bush is quoted as saying Illegal immigration is an 'act of love' - it's 'not a felony'. And you accuse me of hate. Grow up and pay attention to reality, else the USA is quickly becoming a third world love fest, ruled by perverts and the criminal mindset.
I remember that phase. Got attacked myself for pointing out that the Bush clan might not really be trustworthy regarding anything involving Mexico, due to their family situation and their inordinate fondness for our neighbor to the south. I always chuckled at the way they hurled “nativist” like it was some kind of insult rather than the badge of sensibility that it really is. If we won’t look out for the best interests of our own nation, our own people, the neoconquistadores will roll us. Some people seem to be just fine with that as long as they can profit or gain influence from it, but we (Americans of all hues) need to be rid of them.
Illegal immigration is a crime. Second offenses are felonies.
For a politician to facilitate an invasion of illegal invaders is treason against US citizens; the highest form of treason in the USA.
That's a capital crime.
Immigrating illegally?
So Jeb Bush is the Catholic church?
I don’t care what you’re a citizen of when you make idiotic broad generalizations like that.
No I am NOT making a 'broad' generalization.

You definitively equated Bush and the Catholic Church.
