Its going to be a tough race, but voters in New Hampshire are too smart to be boondoggled by a lot of money from out of state, said Solomont, a former top Massachusetts fundraiser who now serves as the dean of the Tisch College of Citizenship and Public Service at Tufts University. Am I the only one that sees these statements as they don't consider Massachusetts to be "out-of-state"?

It’s a little iffy since so many people live in NH and work in MA.
