The sex positive agenda (as espoused by Reich, Kinsey, and the socialist feminist Left, including Planned Parenthood's SIECUS sex ed division) believes that you SHOULD have acted on those urges.

End all moral judgments over sexual pairings of ANY kind regardless of sex, age, relation, marital status, number, or species of partner(s).

They believe "abstinence" to be unhealthy as it "suppresses" sexual desires.

Theirs was the ilk that ushered in swinging and mate "swapping" parties. Open marriage and group marriage were also on their agenda items.
