Turnabout seems fair, is it not said that younger women do not notice men after they hit 40 or so? We have been dealing with it for some time now.

Women expect something different?

"is it not said that younger women do not notice men after they hit 40 or so"?

Who ever said that hasn't been a (professional, reasonably in shape, with a nice car) recently single 40 year old male.

I had far more luck with the ladies at 40 that I had at 20 and I wasn't an ugly duckling that improved with age. A single professional who is in reasonably good physical, mental, and financial shape, who makes a modicum of effort isn't going to have a hard time finding dates. Finding someone to share your life with is a different story...but that isn't what this article is about. I think a prior post summed it up brilliantly...

For guys, from teens to mid 20's, you're not noticed unless you are tall, handsome, and witty.

From mid 20's to 40, you are finally noticed by women who spent their 20's chasing the "hot" guys, but now feel their biological clocks running down, and want somebody to commit to their high-mileage selves before it's too late.
