I’m not a fan of the Republican establishment, and yes many of them want to be part of a permanent ruling class. However, at this point; w/o the Senate or the White House repeal is not a realistic option.

I agree.
But we aren't going to get repeal without changing the party control of both the Senate and White House. And THAT isn't going to happen (particularly the White House), unless the negative impacts of the Democrat-owned Obamacare, passed without a single GOP vote, is felt far and wide.
I feel sorry for small business owners, but getting to feel the pain of Obamacare should spur them to speak out on it. This kind of nonsense ends up not only masking/softening the blows from it, it also completely undermines the GOP's attacks on Obama for unilaterally and illegally delaying or waiving portions of it.
