Could end up without much to charge her with, however. Quickly decapitating a chicken, or breaking the neck of a rabbit isn’t likely to rise to a charge of “cruelty”. Depends on what they mean by “torture” and what was actually done to the animals. Simply killing them quick may be over the top for a porn video but it’s probably not inherently cruel.
My grandmother who ran a chicken farm could be charged a thousand times over if that was the case. I think this is a different one, though.
